Al-Ittihad the Greatest Saudi Club

Last Summer i was introduced to the Saudi Club Al-Ittihad by a good friend who raved about how much of a great club it is and how great their fans are so i decided to follow this club closer and i have not regretted it since.

From Day 1 their fans were extremely welcoming to me which was great to see that these people i have never even taken interest in their club have welcomed me with open arms. Ever since then i have gone onto watch every Al-Ittihad game this season, some have been brilliant to watch some very nice football with great goals from players like Gelmin Rivas and Mukhtar Fallatah. Such as when Mukhtar scored in the first second he came on the pitch as a sub and that was brilliant to watch. But with every positive there is a negative and with Ittihad there have been Alot of negatives this season with Shambles defending at times, poor coaching and losing to the main rivals Al-Ahli Twice!

I also had the pleasure to watch a Saudi Arabian great possibly the greatest Asian player of all time in Mohammed Noor play once and i saw him score a few but it was sad when i saw the news that he was banned for 2 years and that meant that i would not get to see him play anymore. Another great talent i have enjoyed watching is Venezuelan Striker Gelmin Rivas who hasn’t been afraid to score goals and has bagged an impressive 15 Goals.

Another Talent i have enjoyed and been frustrated Alot at watching is 19 Year Old Wonderkid Fahad Al-Muwallad who at times has put on some shocking displays especially in front of goal and has been lacking Alot of Confidence. In his last game against Najran he put in a brilliant performance making great runs but when it came to finishing he missed 4 great chances which is a shame as he is playing so well even after the hate some fans have given him he can still put on some great displays it is just a matter of confidence in front of goal that will improve him Alot more as a player.image

I have had a fantastic time watching possibly the greatest and most Successful Saudi Arabian club and i wont stop supporting them and i look forward to the future with this great club.image

  1. Nice words, I have enjoyed reading it. But I hope you see videos about Ittihad 2009 , 2011 , 2004 & 2005. Also, king cup on 2013 was the best performance from this generation. Fahad , abdulfattah , alghamdi and jamal ( burnmoth’s player). Sorry for my bad language.
